150 Artists Showcase Talent at Raisoni University Painting Competition in Pune

Pune: The Samved Art Gallery, located at the Raisoni International Skill Tech University (RISTU), Pune, became a vibrant hub of colors and creativity today as it hosted a grand Theme-Based Painting Competition. The event saw an enthusiastic participation of 150 talented artists from across Pune city, marking a significant milestone for the local art community.

The artworks were evaluated by a panel of jury, including Mr. Satish Ingle, Mr. Nitesh Mankar, Mr. Madhukar Chandanshive, and Mr. Devendra Potdukhe. The event was inaugurated by Dr. R. D. Kharadekar, Vice Chancellor, GH Raisoni University, Pune, Dr. Hendre, Pro-Vice Chancellor, Dr. Avinash D. Kate, Dean of Samved School, Mis Amita Singh, Head Admissions Department, Dr Amol Pote, Registrar and others.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr R D Kharadkar said That Our objective is to identify artistic talent at both national and international levels. We aim to provide artists with opportunities for implementation, employment, financial empowerment, and sustainable earning potential.

Dr Avinash Kate announced that such artistic activities would be organized every Sunday and extended an open invitation to all artists to participate in future events.

The jury awarded five prizes in each category, along with participation certificates for every artist.
