November, 2023: At the esteemed India's International Art Festival 5 (IIAF5), which took place in Bangkok, Thailand, exceptional global talent was on display, with representation from students and mentors across countries. Participants from various nations came together to appreciate art in all forms, with dance receiving particular attention. Students and teachers from The Lexicon Schools were among the most impressive achievers.

A 4-year-old prodigy from The Lexicon School, Hadapsar named Prisha Khairmode, won the Judges' Choice Award for the cutest, tiniest, and most flawless dancer, which was a heartwarming victory. Prisha participated in a division where the junior level begins at age six, making this accomplishment monumental. The esteemed judge panel had Mr. Ashish Patil, Mr. Subhasis Sarkar, and Ball Ekkalak onboard.
Another student, Payal Salian, from The Lexicon School, Hadapsar, won the 1st Runner-Up spot in the Solo Classical Dance (Bharatanatyam) category. Payal also bagged the first position in the Group Dance category, taking home the Championship trophy along with a Rs. 50,000 cash reward. "The atmosphere at IIAF5 was electric, and our students truly made us swell with pride. They exemplify the diversity and skill nurtured at The Lexicon Schools," said Dr. Annapurna Lilly Bipinraj, Principal, The Lexicon School, Hadapsar.
A seventh-grader from The Lexicon School, Hadapsar named Mayank Vinod Suryavanshi, demonstrated his adaptability in the 'Solo Modern Dance' category, and took home a consolation prize. In addition, he won the coveted Judges' Choice Award in the ensemble Dance category, along with his mentor, Mr. Atul Bhoir. Mr. Bhoir is a talented dance teacher at The Lexicon International School, Kalyani Nagar. He won the Judges' Choice Award at IIAF5 while representing India with his troupe. His choreography and leadership abilities were crucial in winning this coveted award.
In continuation of representing India at IIAF5, Mr. Sanket Sasane, a devoted dance instructor at The Lexicon International School, Wagholi, won first place in the 'Classical Open Category'. In addition to his creative brilliance, his group's performance was applauded for the outstanding choreography, which won him the awards of "Best Choreographer" and "Best Choreography." Because of their excellent theme act, the group was awarded the prestigious title of 'Ultimate Championship' with a Gold Medal and a monetary prize of Rs. 50,000.
